Farm Together Now is a food security program that connects farmers, non-profit partners to distribute fresh produce to communities facing hunger.
Each season, Bells Bend Conservation Corridor pays local farmers for excess produce that is distributed to area non-profits such as The Nashville Food Project, The Store and One Generation Away who then share it with the communities they serve.
