Farm Together Now

Farm Together Now is a food security program that connects farmers, non-profits, and Nashville communities to bring fresh produce to people with limited access and help farmers share their surplus.

Each season, Bells Bend Conservation Corridor pays local farmers for excess produce that is distributed to area non-profits such as The Store, The Little Pantry that Could, and The Nashville Food Project who then share it with the food insecure communities they serve.

Old School Farm is a non-profit that donates the majority of what they grow year-round and serves as the hub for this program, collecting and distributing produce from other participating farms including Bells Bend Farm, Sounding Stone Farm, Sweeter Days Farm, and Osage Creek Farm.
